AI / LLM Engineer (Python)

One of our teams is looking for a new teammate. They are focusing on bringing AI into real products - not as a toy, but as something that actually solves problems. You’ll be working on practical use of LLMs and AI approaches in a product environment. That means experimenting, validating ideas, and helping teams understand what works and what doesn’t. You won’t be sitting in a research silo - you’ll be working directly with teams and helping turn ideas into something usable. If you’d like to work remotely, no problem. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Python Experience with at least one AI / ML-related project (school, personal, or work) Basic understanding of: datasets statistics good practices in data/ML work Interest in AI beyond just LLMs Ability to explain things and share knowledge with others Be open-minded Come up with improvements and realize them Share your knowledge with others Readiness to learn new things NICE TO HAVE: Experience with LLMs (RAG, agents, fine-tuning…) Experience with AI frameworks or tools Any exposure to production systems or cloud
