What latchhire is

latchhire is a job-discovery board. We aggregate job postings that companies publish through their own public applicant-tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby), normalise them, and link to the original posting. We display this information to help candidates discover roles.

We are not an employer or recruiter

We do not employ, represent, or act on behalf of any company listed. We do not post jobs ourselves, accept applications, or take part in hiring. All applications are made on the originating company's own website, subject to that company's terms. Any employment relationship is solely between you and that company.

Accuracy and availability

Listings are aggregated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. A role may be filled or withdrawn before our data updates. Always verify details (including compensation, location, and requirements) on the original posting. We provide the Service "as is", without warranties of any kind, and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Acceptable use

You may use latchhire for personal, non-commercial job discovery. You may not scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the Service's data, attempt to overload or disrupt it, or use it in any unlawful way.

Intellectual property

Company names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Job descriptions belong to the companies that authored them. latchhire claims no ownership over listed roles and displays them for discovery purposes with attribution links to the source.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any listing, including decisions made based on aggregated information.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If a company believes its content should not be listed, contact [email protected] and we will address it promptly.
