Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 June 2026
This policy explains what latchhire ("we", operated by Artem Khymenko) collects and how we use it. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Ahrefs Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand traffic and improve the site. Clarity may record aggregated interaction data (e.g. clicks, scrolls) to produce heatmaps. We do not sell this data.
- Email subscriptions. If you sign up for job alerts, we store the email address you provide and the board you subscribed to. We use double opt-in (a confirmation email) and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
- Server logs. Standard technical logs (IP, user agent, request time) for security and reliability.
Why, and legal basis
We process analytics to operate and improve the Service (legitimate interest) and process your email solely to send the alerts you requested (consent). We do not use your email for anything else without asking.
Third parties
We share data only with the providers that make the Service work: Ahrefs (analytics), Microsoft Clarity (analytics), and Resend (sending subscription emails). Each processes data under its own terms. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
We keep your email only while you are subscribed; unsubscribing removes you from future sends. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under the GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and objection.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies/identifiers needed for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the core site will still work.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
