Full stack Developer (.NET+ React)

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate is experienced in both frontend and backend technologies and is passionate about building high-quality, scalable applications. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to create innovative software solutions that drive value for our users. Eligibility: This position is open only to candidates who are currently based in Moldova. Requirements : 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Strong backend development experience with .NET. Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX would be a plus. Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) would be a plus. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) would be a plus. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and version control systems like Git. Familiarity with ITIL (Foundation certification or hands‑on use of Incident, Problem and Change processes) would be a plus.  Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including low-code development platforms and cloud-native services, with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced and innovative environment Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications. Work across the full stack - frontend, backend, and database layers Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews. Collaborate with product designer designers and product owners to translate designs and requirements into functional applications. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Contribute to architectural decisions and the continuous improvement of development processes. Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks.
