Member of Technical Staff - Machine Learning Engineer

What you'll do Build the next generation of machine learning systems that are reliable and scalable, for research and production. You make agents work, from data processing, training, inference, evaluation, to other components. You work closely with research and product teams. What you have You have a strong track record designing, building, and deploying ML systems You can write clean, maintainable, and performant code in Python, and at least one other language (C++, Rust, Go, etc) You think from first principles and can learn quickly You communicate clearly in writing and conversation You take ownership, set a high bar, and get things done quickly Nice to have Experience with distributed training, large datasets, and modern AI serving infrastructure Experience with cloud infrastructure and toolchains Compensation, benefits, and perks We offer competitive compensation + stock options, full health coverage, and a 401(k) match, plus additional wellness perks, flexible hours, and unlimited PTO.
