You will Embed directly with external parties such as Third Party Administrators (TPA's), Record-Keepers, and HR/Payroll processors Rapidly understand their toughest operational issues and use software and AI as a lever to quickly build end-to-end full stack products for them Engage directly with external stakeholders, from technical teams to executives Required Competencies: 2+ years of forward deployed / solutions engineering experience Strong full stack software engineering skills Proficiency in any of the following: Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, C/C++, Python, Ruby, or TypeScript Proficiency with React Preferred Competencies Experience in fintech or early-stage technology companies A highly analytical approach to solving business and operational problems using technology Curiosity about the intersection of technology and business operations Cultural Fit Passionate about solving big social problems with pragmatic solutions Aptitude for complexity and curiosity for financial markets Enjoys learning new technologies and selecting the right tool for each job Adaptable and open to contributing across the tech stack as the team evolves Autonomous, high agency, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong collaboration and communication skills, working effectively in cross-functional teams Excited to be a part of an in-office team
