About Broccoli AI
At Broccoli, we're building AI teammates for the people who build and maintain our world.
We partner with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors, the hardworking businesses that keep homes and communities running, and replace fragmented software and repetitive manual work with AI that actually gets the job done.
Our AI teammates answer phones, book appointments, follow up with customers, recover missed revenue, and help contractors deliver exceptional customer experiences, all while integrating seamlessly with platforms like ServiceTitan.
Before we wrote a single line of code, we visited more than 140 contractors to understand how these businesses truly operate. That firsthand experience shaped everything we've built.
Today:
Hundreds of contractors rely on Broccoli every day.
We've grown to $15M+ ARR in under two years.
We're trusted by everyone from independent contractors to some of the largest private equity backed operators in the home services industry.
We're backed by Khosla Ventures and Y Combinator.
We're still just getting started.
About the role
This is a hands-on, building PM role — you make the dashboards yourself. Home services owners run real, complex businesses, and almost none of them can see their own operation clearly. Our customers sit on tons of their own operational data, and Broccoli adds a layer no one else has: every call, every booking, every job. This role owns the business intelligence we build on top of all of it: which insights we share with customers and how we share them, so they get real visibility into their business and can drive better decisions.
You'll own this from scratch — starting with the dashboards you build yourself, and growing into the roadmap for how Broccoli shares business intelligence with customers: what we build next, how it's delivered, and what becomes part of the Broccoli product.
What you'll do
Own Broccoli's customer-facing analytics and business intelligence surface , from hand-built dashboards for our top customers through the roadmap for how insights become product.
Partner directly with customers and turn what they actually need into the core views and insights that change how they run their businesses.
Build the analytics yourself: performance dashboards, revenue deep dives, and cross-customer benchmarks and decide how they're delivered, whether in a customer's existing tools, our own, or ultimately inside the product.
Own the BI roadmap: decide which insights get built next, which become templates and automated workflows, and which ship as Broccoli product features — moving us from reporting what happened to predicting what's next for the customer.
Identify and interpret the key datasets that drive customer decision-making — across Broccoli data and customers' own operational data — to define the insights our customers need most.
Who we're looking for
You still build. This isn't a spec-writing role — you'll personally create the dashboards and analyses customers use, with product ownership layered on top.
Genuinely technical: excellent SQL, comfortable working directly in the warehouse (we run ClickHouse), and hands-on dashboard craft — in a BI platform, in code, or with AI tools. You query the models yourself; you don't wait for someone to pull data for you.
5–10 years in product management, analytics, or business intelligence — including real time owning a data, analytics, or reporting surface, with proof you've turned operational data into decisions someone actually made.
Experience delivering analytics to external users — customer-facing reporting, embedded analytics, or client-facing analytical work.
High-agency: you bring structure to ambiguity, move without being told, and own outcomes end to end.
Strong business judgment: you get to the real need underneath a customer request and prioritize based on P&L impact, not loudest voice.
Excited to work in-office five days a week to collaborate closely with the founders and the team.
