We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Solutions Consultant to join our team at Caseware, a leading SaaS organization. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for successfully leading our customers and prospective customers through exploration and evaluations of Caseware solutions. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, working collaboratively with accounting firms and organizations as they navigate critical decisions around technology modernization. By taking a consultative approach, you will be their partner to guide them through all aspects of their software evaluation, helping them understand not only current solutions but also how emerging technologies, including AI and automation, can drive efficiency, enhance quality, and create new opportunities within their organizations. You will also liaise with team members in account management, training, professional services, support and product to help ensure customer needs are addressed on a timely basis, and professionally. This role supports customers and internal stakeholders across North America and may require availability to accommodate meetings across Eastern Time (ET) to Pacific Time (PT) business hours, with notice, to effectively collaborate with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams. ❗ This a full-time, permanent position ❗ This a new vacancy 📍 Location: The role is a remote role and is available to all applicants residing and eligible to work in Canada.
