Job Title: Junior DevSecOps Engineer
Location: Remote
Clearance Level: Secret or Clearable
Years of Experience/Degree/Certification Expectations
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree
8140 Certification
1 or more years experience in cloud technologies and infrastructure, CICD and pipelines, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Specific Position/Technical Requirements
Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience using web servers, application containers
Experienced in providing DevSecOps implementation using Jenkins, Gitlab, or similar tools
Experienced in developing, testing, and maintaining containerized applications.
Working knowledge of source version control, build/release tools and methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Working knowledge of the Software Build process.
Shall have a passion for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for a large enterprise that consists of hundreds of applications.
Possess a strong security-first mindset.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code supporting automation and orchestration within AWS or Azure/GCP cloud environments
Hands-on programming expertise in one or more of the following: Python, DSL, JSON, YAML
Experience working with automation and orchestration tools including one or more of the following: Jenkins, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker
Cloud services experience including:
AWS services IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, EC2, S3, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS
Salary Range: $46,000 - $150,000
