Stakeholder Management & Requirements Gathering
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Operations leaders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements
Run discovery sessions, user research, and data analysis to uncover pain points and opportunities
Build consensus across competing priorities and manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication and trade-off discussions
Serve as the voice of the customer (internal GTM users) throughout the product development lifecycle
Product Delivery & Execution
Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams
Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives
Collaborate with Engineering, Systems Architects, and Salesforce Admins to define technical architecture and implementation approaches
Define success metrics, KPIs, and acceptance criteria for each product release
Manage end-to-end product launches including change management, training, documentation, and rollout plans
Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
Design automated workflows, approval processes, and integrations that reduce manual work and increase data accuracy
Partner with Sales Operations to standardize processes, governance models, and data hygiene practices
Continuously monitor product performance through dashboards, user feedback, and operational metrics
Data & Analytics
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across the Revenue Technology stack
Leverage product analytics to measure feature adoption, identify usage patterns, and inform roadmap decisions
Partner with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams on data integration and warehouse design
Vendor & Technology Management
Serve as product owner for third-party platforms (Salesforce, Dun & Bradstreet, Gong, etc.), driving feature requests, roadmap alignment, and escalations
Evaluate new vendors and technologies to expand or optimize the Rev Tech stack
Manage vendor relationships, contract renewals, and license optimization
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in Revenue Operations
