Role Overview The AI Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-driven testing and assurance capabilities, with a strong focus on conversational AI systems (voice and chat bots), agentic workflows, and AI evaluation frameworks. This role focuses on translating complex, real-world challenges in AI-driven customer interactions into scalable, market-leading solutions that help enterprises validate autonomous AI behavior, ensure trust, and optimize performance at scale. You will act as a product leader, customer advocate, and cross-functional collaborator, driving measurable outcomes while advancing Cyara’s agentic CX assurance platform vision.
