What you'll do
This is a high-ownership Principal Product Manager role focused on expanding and scaling key product areas across the platform. You'll partner closely with our CPO, Engineering, and Design teams to increase product execution capacity and strategic depth.
You'll operate across both strategy and execution, owning meaningful product areas end-to-end while helping raise the overall bar for how we think, build, and ship at Digs.
You will:
Own and scale core product areas end-to-end, from strategy through delivery
Define and drive outcome-based roadmaps tied to customer and company impact
Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-impact product work
Translate complex, real-world construction workflows into clear product direction
Drive prioritization and tradeoffs across competing needs and stakeholders
Work closely with customers and internal partners (including Sales and GTM) to synthesize feedback into product direction and validation loops
Define KPIs and use them to guide decisions, tradeoffs, and iteration
Help evolve how Product operates as we scale (planning, discovery, execution)
Who you are
You're a principal product leader who thrives in early-stage environments where structure is still forming, but you bring clarity and rigor that help shape it.
You likely:
Have 10+ years of product management or closely related experience in technical or product-facing roles
Have shipped complex B2B or workflow-heavy software end-to-end with real customer impact
Operate fluently across strategy and execution without relying on heavy process
Are highly customer-driven and strong at turning messy, real-world inputs into clear product direction
Are effective across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership teams
Are strong at prioritization and making high-quality tradeoffs under ambiguity
Are comfortable with evolving direction and incomplete information
Care deeply about outcomes, ownership, and building durable systems over features
Bonus if you have
Experience in construction, real estate, or other operationally complex industries
Background in B2B SaaS, platform products, or enterprise workflows
Experience with AI-enabled or data-heavy products
Technical depth (engineering, systems, or data)
Experience working alongside other senior/principal PMs
Experience helping shape product operating systems in early-stage teams
The Perks:
Competitive salary and generous equity
Full health, dental, and vision-100% premium coverage for you and your dependents (a $22K–$40K value)
Voluntary: Life AD&D, Long-term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness
Unlimited PTO and the expectation to actively use it, with a minimum of three (3) weeks
Fifteen (15) paid holidays per year
401(k)
Paid parental leave
Hybrid flexibility: 3-4 days/week at our collaborative Vancouver, WA headquarters, with virtual hangouts and team outings to keep things connected
Salary Range: $175,000–$190,000 (based on experience, location, and qualifications)
