The Cloud Engineering Manager & Site Leader is responsible for leading a team of cloud engineers supporting enterprise cloud platforms while serving as the primary technology leader for an assigned delivery location. This role combines technical leadership, people management, cloud platform governance, and site leadership responsibilities to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud services. The position drives operational excellence across AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms while fostering a high-performance culture within the site. As Site Leader, the role is accountable for employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, leadership visibility, and representing the broader technology organization within the local delivery center. The successful candidate will balance strategic cloud initiatives, operational management, cloud modernization programs, automation adoption, and organizational leadership while partnering closely with engineering, security, architecture, application, and infrastructure teams.
