ABOUT THE ROLE Gabb is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to help build, scale, and operate our infrastructure. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who thrives on solving hard infrastructure problems and wants to make a direct, technical impact without people-management responsibilities. You will contribute to infrastructure reliability, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and cost management, working closely with the Lead DevOps Engineer and the broader engineering team while reporting to the Director of Platform and Infrastructure. This role is deeply hands-on and includes participating in on-call and actively debugging production issues. You’ll partner closely with engineering and product teams to support business needs, focusing on execution, reliability, and continuous improvement.
