Product Manager

Who We Are At Inclined, we are using modern technology to transform the whole life insurance market by helping all policyholders get the maximum value out of their policies. We are singularly focused on the $1.0 Trillion of cash value in whole life policies today and fixing the legacy problems that have existed in the market for decades relative to how policyholders access their cash value savings. Our platform offers a simple and efficient way to utilize cash value while maintaining the significant tax advantage inherent in whole life policies. We're a well-funded start-up founded by industry veterans from finance, software and life insurance, including the co-founder of Strava and Guidewire. Product Manager We are hiring a Product Manager to help drive execution across our product roadmap. This is an execution-focused role designed for someone early in their product career who wants to develop strong fundamentals in building and shipping high-quality software products. You’ll work across a broad set of initiatives and partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to take products from concept through launch and iteration. This role is ideal for someone with prior product management experience who is looking to grow as an individual contributor PM while deepening their execution, product thinking, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in expanding the team’s execution capacity by owning day-to-day product development work and helping move key initiatives forward. What You’ll Do: Own feature development end-to-end: Drive features from initial concept through launch, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, rollout, feedback collection, and iteration Develop product requirements: Create product briefs and PRDs with clear requirements and acceptance criteria, incorporating input from engineering, design, operations, and other business stakeholders Partner closely with engineering and design: Ensure smooth collaboration, unblock issues, and maintain development velocity throughout the product lifecycle Support launches and rollouts: Coordinate with operations, customer success, sales, revenue operations, and marketing to ensure successful product launches and adoption Contribute to product discovery: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to inform product decisions and roadmap prioritization Build and analyze product metrics: Develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support experimentation to improve product outcomes Work across the product roadmap: Contribute across multiple areas of the business, with the opportunity over time to develop ownership over a dedicated product area and engineering team What You Could Own Inclined’s product spans multiple surfaces, including: B2B2C advisor and client platforms Mobile applications Client-facing financial products Internal operations and servicing tools Financial Institution and Insurance Carrier integrations Data and workflow systems that power the lending lifecycle Projects may span across any of these areas, providing broad exposure to both the product and the business. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a product management role, with experience working on complex product features alongside engineering and design teams Comfortable operating in a highly collaborative environment with shared ownership across teams and product areas Strong execution skills and attention to detail Strong analytical skills and data fluency, preference for a background in SQL Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes Technical fluency and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineering teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Desire to grow as an individual contributor (IC) product manager, taking on increasing ownership and scope over time Preferred: Experience in Fintech or B2B SaaS Location This role is based in our Denver, CO office and is a hybrid role (in office + work from home) Relocation support is available Why you’ll love working at Inclined Opportunity to help shape our culture Competitive salary and equity package Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits Generous vacation and holidays 401(k) and education on retirement planning
