We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and evolve the core application layer behind our flagship agentic products such as II-Agent and Common Ground. You’ll architect and build scalable, production-grade systems that bring cutting-edge AI agents into the hands of real users, based in Ho Chi Minh City. The Responsibilities Involved in the development of our agentic applications: II-Agent, Common Ground, etc Designing and developing a scalable application layer, frontend, and backend, from the ground-up Collaborating with agent researchers/engineers, PMs, and designers to turn product needs into technical solutions Implementing secure authentication, authorization, and data-protection mechanisms Integrating seamlessly with agent runtimes and pipelines to enable efficient deployment, orchestration, and monitoring Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and growth The Requirements Must Have Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 4+ years of experience in full-stack and backend development Deep experience with modern backend and frontend technologies Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and deploying production applications Nice to Have Active GitHub repository Knowledge of agent/LLM concepts and frameworks Experience working with LLM integration (OpenAI SDK, Anthropic SDK, LiteLLM) Experience building an AI agent The Right Person Passion for AI, problem-solving, and pushing boundaries Creative and proactive, never wait for tasks Tech-savvy/human first and eager to learn Ability to work individually and collaboratively Clear and thoughtful communicator Thrive in fast-paced and high-growth companies Detail-oriented, intentional, and analytical Curious, tenacious, willing to learn Aim high, embrace challenge, always do what's right The Rewards Dynamic environment for continuous learning and growth Salary: up to $60,000 annually Weekly team lunches, birthday treats, and company engagement activities The Process HR Interview (20-30 minutes) Technical Assignment Technical Interviews Final Interview with Leadership Our Culture It's open.
