We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join JustMarkets and drive sustainable organic growth across the LATAM region. In this role, you will strengthen the brand's online presence, attract qualified organic traffic, and support lead generation through continuous optimization of our multilingual and global platforms. You will develop impactful SEO strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute directly to the company's success in a competitive financial market.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic, visibility, and qualified leads in the LATAM region
Conduct regular technical, on-page, and off-page audits, and ensure timely implementation of improvements
Perform keyword research and clustering, optimizing content and landing pages for high-value queries related to Forex, CFDs, commodities, and crypto
Monitor and improve technical SEO: site speed, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
Manage the backlink profile, including link-building initiatives and mitigating toxic link risks
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, product, design, development, marketing) to embed SEO best practices into every project
Identify content gaps to strengthen topical authority, and stay current on SEO trends and algorithm updates across multilingual platforms
Requirements
3+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of organic growth on multilingual/multiregional projects
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Strong technical SEO skills: audits, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, mobile-first optimization
Solid content SEO expertise: keyword research, clustering, semantic SEO, on-page optimization
Experience with backlink strategy, including link profile analysis and outreach coordination
Budgeting skills: ability to plan, forecast, and track expenses for SEO activities such as translations and link building, and stick to allocated budgets
Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar)
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or custom) and basic HTML/CSS/JS
Knowledge of the financial/trading industry (Forex, CFDs, commodities, crypto) and its impact on keyword strategy
Intermediate English level
Will be a plus
