Ensure system reliability through thoughtful design, observability, and failure handling
AI-Driven Engineering Expectations
Engineers are expected to actively incorporate AI-assisted workflows into daily development, including design exploration, implementation, and code review (e.g., AI-assisted PR reviews). All outputs, regardless of origin, are owned and validated by the engineer.

Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance

Ability to work effectively in Agile teams (Scrum and/or ShapeUp)
Experience working in AI-assisted development workflows
Strong collaboration skills in distributed teams
Education and Experience Requirements
BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience working in microservice-based architectures
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Own delivery from development through deployment, including CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
Build and maintain services that support multiple product initiatives
Collaborate with the database team to ensure data models, stored procedures, and queries are performant and scalable
Implement logging, monitoring, and observability to detect and diagnose failures
Contribute to deployment activities and support releases as needed
Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience
Salary Range: ₹22,00,000 to ₹28,00,000 plus 10% bonus
