We're Australia's data centre, cloud, cyber security and telecom provider for mid-market and enterprise customers, and we're growing. We're looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to join our Telecom Service Delivery team. This is a hands-on technical role responsible for the design, technical approval, implementation and delivery of customer solutions across our networking, voice, security and data services portfolio. Working closely with Project Managers, customers, vendors and engineering teams, you'll own the technical outcome from post-sales through to operational handover. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer solutions are delivered to the highest standards while providing a great customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working directly with customers and designing managed secure network solutions across a broad range of SD-WAN, cloud, DR, voice, security technologies and access networks.
