We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the Observability squad - the team responsible for transforming raw network security and browser telemetry into actionable insights for IT and security teams. This role sits at the intersection of data, security and user experience. You will shape how organisations understand network access, browser activity, SaaS and Extensions usage also risk signals through dashboards, widgets and other types of visuals you will come up with. Main Responsibilities Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning, turning insights into shipped value; Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build, improve and evolve services; Partner with stakeholders (research, sales, marketing, legal, security, data) to drive aligned outcomes; Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable user stories Own and manage the product backlog for your domain, including prioritisation; Work closely with engineering to define solutions and ensure efficient, high-quality delivery; Act as the go-to person for your product domain, providing clarity and direction; Ensure transparency by communicating progress, priorities and outcomes regularly; Core Requirements Experience with product management or product ownership with a focus on digital products and technologies; Sense of ownership and commitment with the ability to plan work effectively; Technical fluency. You don’t need to code, but you can hold your own with engineers discussing APIs, data handling, UX flows, etc.; Proven knowledge of Scrum & Agile development practices; Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English; Bonus Points For Familiarity with cybersecurity and network security principles; Previous experience with data aggregation and visualisation; Tools You Will Use Claude suite, Cursor, nexos.ai Figma; Google suite; Jira; Confluence; What We Offer Innovate with industry leaders Work alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world.
