This role The person in this position will lead the definition and launch of software products that enable PayJoy to scale its internal financial systems globally. As a Product Manager, they will have the ultimate responsibility for achieving this mission, with the support and authority to do so. They will connect and direct the engineering team and other PayJoyers worldwide. As the link between technical and business aspects, your days will be diverse, from collaborating with accounting and operations teams to working with designers and engineering squads. Their success will hinge on your leadership during setbacks.
