Tech Lead – DevOps & Reliability

ROLE We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to own and continuously improve Propel's software delivery lifecycle—from build and deployment through production releases, application health, observability, and L2 production support. This is not a traditional infrastructure-focused DevOps role. The engineer will work closely with the development team and be an integral part of the engineering delivery process. The role combines DevOps engineering, CI/CD automation, application observability, release management, security guardrails, and AI-assisted engineering. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving operational problems, building automation and engineering tools, improving delivery workflows, and understanding how applications behave in production. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an in-office position located in Trivandrum, requiring attendance 4+ days per week.
