Your Role ShopBack is building a lean, high-velocity AI-Native Special Projects team to build the future of AI agents for millions of users. As the Lead, you will lead a lean team of product generalists to build agents powered by AI. You will report to the CPO. You are the bridge between ShopBack’s large first-party data moat and traffic, and the end-user experience. You will be 80% builder and 20% strategist. You will not manage via spreadsheets; you will lead by setting the architectural vision while also leading by executing and shipping hands-on.
