B2C Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our B2C team in the Prague office. As a PM, you'll take responsibility for the roadmap, vision, risk management, and execution, working closely with peers from Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing. Our singular goal is to drive growth of our B2C products, and your role sits at the center of it. About the team The B2C Product team operates with high independence and responsibility. We're a team of experienced developers and designers. We strive to build impactful things, even when they're difficult. We don't spend time in long meetings; instead, we focus on identifying the right problems and finding the right solutions. The Prague team sits within a bigger B2C organization and works closely with other functions and departments. What you'll be doing Own the product strategy and roadmap, in partnership with leadership, and translate it into a clear vision for the team Plan, prioritize, and execute high-impact features that bring that vision to life, keeping the team fast-moving and focused on the highest-leverage work Drive the product development process end-to-end: discovery, definition, design, development, and deployment Partner closely with a multi-disciplinary team (data scientists, big data engineers, full-stack developers, product designers, product marketers) and with business stakeholders across the org Build a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, and the broader market and competitive landscape through continuous research and interviews Monitor product KPIs, analyze user behavior, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to hit product goals This is the perfect job for someone who has Experience & skills 4+ years of product management experience in a high-growth tech company 2+ years managing consumer-facing products (mobile, web, or both) Strong analytical and business judgment, with solid product sense A track record of shaping product vision and multi-quarter strategy, not just executing a quarterly plan Outstanding communication skills, equally effective with team members and executives Hands-on daily use of AI and AI-based tools beyond general-purpose chatbots like ChatGPT (e.g., coding/agentic tools, AI-powered research or analytics tools) A bias toward action: you'd rather move forward and adjust course than wait on a decision from others Comfortable making decisions under ambiguity and adapting as the environment changes Strong advantage Startup founder or founding-team experience Experience building or launching personal projects or small businesses Why you'll love being a Similarwebber: Impact 😎: Work with the world’s leading digital intelligence platform and make a real difference.
