Jean-Paul, our AI agent platform, is live inside Slack, Teams, and email at some of the most demanding IT organizations in the world. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will sit at the front of this motion - working the room with executive buyers, the terminal with their engineers, and the stage in front of the market as this category is defined in real-time. You own the full arc of deployment for our most strategic accounts: discovery, architecture, technical build, executive rollout, and expansion. Approaching the role like a true hunter in ambiguity, you will walk into unstructured, high-stakes rooms and leave with scalable plans that customer leadership champions. We are looking for a passionate builder who has decided this is the technology wave they want to build a career on. This role is US-based, San Francisco preferred. Travel to customer sites is up to 50%.
