Discover how at surveymonkey.com . What we're looking for GetFeedback Digital is SurveyMonkey's enterprise in-product feedback platform, helping companies understand and act on how their customers feel in real time. It sits within a broader experience management portfolio, and the person in this role will help shape where continuous feedback goes next across our products. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Product in India and gives an experienced product leader the opportunity to own the product end-to-end at a pivotal moment. We're hiring a Lead Product Manager, based in Bangalore, to take ownership of GFD's product strategy and execution; working closely with engineering and design day to day, and hands-on enough to prototype or ship code when that's the fastest way to move. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who wants real ownership of a product with paying enterprise customers. What you'll be working on Own product strategy for GFD. Set the direction for where the platform goes next and translate that into a roadmap the team can execute against, including how continuous feedback capabilities extend across the portfolio. Own the health of the existing book. Diagnose retention and expansion patterns across the customer base, and decide what to fix, rebuild, or sunset based on evidence. Work hands-on with engineering and design. Partner closely enough to prototype, review architecture trade-offs, and step into the code yourself. Ground decisions in customer and usage data. Use data to decide what matters most and prioritize accordingly, rather than relying on opinion. Validate new capabilities directly with enterprise customers. Run structured programs to test new product direction before broad rollout, and turn what you learn into fast iteration. Define what success looks like and make the strategic calls. Decide what to build, scale, or stop based on evidence and business impact. We'd love to hear from people with 12+ years of product management experience, including direct experience taking a 0-to-1 product from concept through launch with paying customers. Strong technical fluency; comfortable using AI to build and prototype features and in making informed architecture trade-offs directly with engineering. Experience shipping AI-powered product features in a live product. Experience with conversational flows, recommendation logic, or behavioral-signal detection will be a great addition. Experience with continuous feedback or experience-management programmes — customer or employee — where the hard part was getting an organisation to act on the insight, not collecting it. Experience running structured programs with enterprise B2B/B2C customers (pilots, design partnerships, or early-access programs) and turning qualitative account feedback into shipped roadmap decisions. Comfort working directly with data (SQL or equivalent) to ground decisions in evidence, including interpreting statistical caveats such as observational-vs-causal findings and confidence intervals, and using that to prioritize. SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution in problem-solving and decision-making. As such, you will be required to work from our Bengaluru office up to 3 days per week. #LI-Hybrid Why SurveyMonkey? We’re glad you asked At SurveyMonkey, curiosity powers everything we do.
