Full Stack Web Developer (World of Tanks Console)

Job Overview We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the World of Tanks Console team, with a strong focus on backend systems and live-service platform integration. While the role is titled "Full Stack," the day-to-day work is heavily weighted toward backend engineering - building and maintaining the services that support core gameplay systems, player data, and platform integrations across a live, high-traffic console title. Reports to Solution Architect What will you do? Design, build, and maintain backend services supporting live-service functionality for World of Tanks Console Develop and integrate platform-specific authentication and services (Xbox, PlayStation Network, Steam) Design and implement REST APIs used across internal and platform-facing systems Work with distributed messaging systems to support scalable, event-driven architecture Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and performance of production systems Contribute to infrastructure and deployment practices using containerized and orchestrated environments What are we looking for? Strong proficiency in Python, including async Python (asyncio) Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL Experience with RabbitMQ / AMQP messaging systems Experience with Redis Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Strong understanding of REST API design principles What additional skills will help you stand out? Experience with Django Experience with OAuth2 / JWT, particularly for platform authentication (Xbox, PSN, Steam) Experience with Kafka Experience with Elasticsearch Familiarity with Twisted Nice to have / can be developed on the job: Experience with gaming platform APIs (Xbox Live, PSN, Steam) Familiarity with Python 2.7 Work mode Hybrid (3 days of work from the office).
